Agata graduated from Mercyhurst University, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience. She is currently involved in a NIAAA-funded project aimed at better understanding psychophysiological and affective factors of addiction to develop a novel mobile health intervention for relapse prevention. Her interests revolve around the use of mind-body interventions (e.g., biofeedback and mindfulness meditation) in the promotion of stress resilience. She plans to pursue a PhD in Clinical Science.
